Assistant Director of Outpatient Services
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for assisting in the agency's provision of a range of behavioral health and substance use services. This position primarily operates within the behavioral health, substance use services and contractual programs providing, program oversight, direct services, and supervision. This position will assist in the oversight of the overall programmatic functions, administrative functions, and daily activities, including clinical supervision of staff, and works directly with the Director of Outpatient Services.
Education:
A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling or other human services related field from an accredited College/University.
Licensure:
Connecticut licensure, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent license required.
Experience:
Ideal candidate will possess 5 years of experience post clinical licensure delivering behavioral health services and SUD to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Relevant experience in program management, and the provision of behavioral health training, supervision, and consultation, and working collaboratively with professionals of other mental health disciplines.
Full-Time Position
Salary Range:
- $65,000 to $75,000 per year based on experience
