Mobile Crisis Intervention Services

Mobile Crisis is a crisis intervention service for children, youth and adolescents up through age 18 (if still enrolled in school). Mobile Crisis Counselors are available immediately, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, in person or by phone with in-person services occurring from 6am through 10pm Monday through Friday and 1pm- 10pm on weekends and holidays.

What does the Mobile Crisis Team do?

The Mobile Crisis team helps resolve behavioral or emotional crisis, at home, in school, or wherever help is needed. Mobile Crisis Counselors respond immediately to the crisis, and work with the child and family to develop a crisis plan to bring the situation under control as soon as possible.

What happens after the initial response?

Support is provided to the child and family for up to 6 weeks via in-home services. Follow-up care involves the child, family members, and community-based supports. The Mobil Crisis team will also help connect families to on-going support and services as needed.

I have more questions, who should I ask?
