Adult Behavioral Health Services

Our Adult Outpatient Clinic provides comprehensive, culturally aware substance use and behavioral health treatment.

Our adult outpatient program focuses on meeting your needs in a way that works for you. Our team works together to provide short-term individual therapy in order to stabilize your symptoms and establish a foundation of skills to support your long-term success.

The program is staffed by experienced mental health professionals with specialized clinical training.

We treat many conditions, including anxiety, depression, dual diagnosis (mental health and substance use conditions), substance abuse, mood disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), grief, and much more.

The program components include:

  • Initial triage, assessment and evaluation
  • Individual therapy
  • Family therapy
  • Medication management
  • Group Therapy
  • TARGET

We specialize in treating trauma using the evidence-based practice called TARGET, (Trauma Affect Regulation), which is short-term treatment model designed to enable youth and adults to understand and gain control of trauma-related reactions triggered by current daily life stresses.

TARGET teaches skills for managing psychological, relational, and work/school problems that result when a person experiences high levels of stress by empowering individuals to become highly focused and mindful, to make good decisions, and to build healthy relationships.
